Informal, friendly, confidential and safe environment to meet and chat over tea/coffee and a biscuit with other bereaved parents who can really understand and empathise with how you are feeling
If this is your first visit please speak to our volunteer on reception who will direct you to the room we use
We will be holding a group session with Lucy Tozer - Mindset Hypnotherapy from 11.00 - 12.00 allowing us some time to to chat together before and afterwards.
Lucy came for an introductory session last year which the group found to be very helpful in understanding their grief and their bodies response to it. Lucy will give us specific relaxation visualisations we can use in our daily life.
